Terms and Conditions
- We have a 14 day return period for products we have supplied. Tanks need to be returned in the same, resale able condition and with original packaging. A 20% restocking charge will be charged and it will be your responsility to return the tank to us with adequate damage insurance. This is obviously not enforced if the tank is faulty or not fit for purpose on delivery, in the event of this, any delivery discrepancies or faults need to be reported to us in a timely manor.
- Although we aim to get your products to you within 7days, we use sub-contractors for delivery. This means that there could be potential delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens we will contact you immediately to advise you.
- If a chargeable service is booked with our engineers and the instructions or nessicary preperations for the site have not been completed or are naduquate for us to carry out the service, an aborted visit charge will be applied. This will be advised and agreed upon booking.
